How can I place my order online?

Choose a category (Men, Women, Kids, Accessories, Sports, Brands, Collections, SALE up to -80%) and by using the search filters on the left, find the product you want. If you know the product code simply type it in the search section.

  1. By clicking on the product you are interested in you will be able to find all the information you need to decide if it is right for you (photos, detailed description, size guide, code and price). If you have any questions about the product, contact our customer service department.
  2. Select the color and the size you want and click the button  ADD TO CART . If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. Otherwise, carry on safely to your order entry either as a guest or as a member.
  3. Select one of the pickup methods in Step 1 and fill in your details.
  4. Select in Step 2 one of the available payment methods: Cash On Delivery, Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit.
  5. Click the  COMPLETE  button now! to register your order. You will soon receive a confirmation email with the details and your order number. Sit comfortably and soon your favorite products will be in your hands while keeping you up to date on your order!



Can I place my order by a phone call?

Of course, very easy & quickly following these simple steps:

  1. Call our Customer Service at 2811-808808 (for better & faster service, it would be ideal to know the product code you wish to order), Monday-Friday 09: 00-21: 00 and Saturday 09:00 -20: 00, except bank holidays.
  2. Respond to our representative's questions about your details. You will be asked about your full name, full postal delivery address, a contact telephone number, preferably a mobile phone, and the payment method you want to choose between a cash deposit or a bank deposit (by informing us of the bank that best suits you from our partners Piraeus, Eurobank and Alpha Bank) or a Cosmos Sport or Sneaker10 store or at your nearest 250+ Geniki Taxydromiki Post Office.

You will be informed about the progress of your order with text message.


Could I order via Facebook / Instagram / email /contact form?

The process is very simple and fast, just follow these steps:

1. Send us your message / email or fill out the contact form indicating that you wish to order and give us the following information:

    - product code, color, and size

    - name and surname

    - postal address

    - telephone, preferably mobile

    - Payment method by choosing between a cash deposit or bank deposit (by communicating to us the bank you prefer between our partners Piraeus, Ethniki, Eurobank and Alpha Bank) or paying to a Cosmos Sport or Sneaker10 physical store or your nearest ‘‘Geniki Taxydromiki” postal services in one of the 250+ stores.

2. We will call or reply to your message / email in order to confirm your order.

3.  You will be informed about the progress of your order with a text message.


Can I remove / cancel a product from my order?

Yes! From the shopping cart you can remove the products you do not want before you complete the order. If you have already completed it, then contact our customer service department.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order by sending an email / message via Facebook / Instagram / contact form with the order code and the cancellation order or contacting our customer service department.


How can I make sure that I've done my purchase correctly?

After completing your online order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If have not received it and you are sure it is not in your inbox / spam box (or for gmail owners, possibly the promotions tab), contact our customer service department.


Which payment methods does Cosmossport.gr have?

We offer you the option to choose the payment method you prefer:

• Pay on delivery: The payment is made upon delivery of the order to the Distributor of Geniki taxidromiki  Post office at one of the 250+ stores.

Note: Payment to the distributor can only be made in cash. In order to choose between cash and credit / debit card Visa / Mastercard, pick pickup your nearest 250+ Geniki taxidromiki  Post offices.

• PayPal: Immediately after you confirm your order, you will be automatically signed in with your PayPal account to complete the process.

• Credit / Debit Card: You will be required to fill out your credit / debit card / Visa / Mastercard details safely and return to our site to complete your order entry.

 • Payment at a Cosmos Sport or Sneaker10 store: You pay at the store by selecting your nearest store and choosing (or combining) cash, credit / debit card Visa / Mastercard / American Express, Cosmos Sport voucher, available credit balance, Ticket Compliments.

• Deposit in a bank account: The bank accounts appear as you select this payment method, or you can also see them here too. In the statement of reasons, make sure you put down either your order number or the name you would like the receipt to be in as the one in the order.

 
For phone / email / Facebook / Instagram orders / contact form the only payment methods are cash on delivery & bank deposit or payment at Cosmos Sport or Sneaker10 or at your nearest 250+ Geniki Taxidromiki Office stores.

 

Can I pay by credit card, interest-free installments?

The interest-free installment option is only available for purchases from our physical store and consequently in orders received from our store. Just notify the store's cashier before issuing the receipt. For purchases of over 50€, there is the option of 2 interest-free installments, for purchases of over 71€, there is the possibility of up to 3 interest-free installments, for purchases of over 121€ there is the possibility of up to 4 interest-free installments, of 151€ there is the possibility of up to 5 interest-free installments and finally for purchases worth over 200 € there is the possibility of up to 6 interest-free installments.


Can I request an invoice instead of a proof of retail?

Yes, by selecting an invoice version in Step 1 at Checkout.

 

Why was my credit / debit card not accepted?

If your bank declined the transaction, one of the following may occur:

  1. The card may have expired. Check the expiration date of your card.
  2. You have exceeded your credit / daily card transaction limit.
  3. You have entered an incorrect item.
  4. You have not filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
  5. Poor internet connection during check by the bank.
  6. Unsuccessful 3D secure verification process. You can read more about this process for Visa cards hereand for Mastercard here.

Contact your bank and / or try another card / choose another form of payment.


Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on your website?

Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted SSL format. For Visa and Mastercard payment, only Ces (Secure e-Commerce) transactions are accepted. The system will contact the bank that issued the card so that the buyer approves the payment. Once the identification process is complete, the charge will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.


Are online shopping at Cosmossport.gr safe?

Of course! Any transactions made within our online store are completely secure with the warranty of Norton Security and PCI DSS.


Can I pay for delivery in Cyprus / abroad with cash on delivery?

For orders with country of delivery Cyprus / Greece eligible payment methods are the use of credit / debit card Visa / Mastercard and PayPal.
