We will acccept returns for any product purchases from us within 30 days from the day of the delivery for a refund or replacement under the following conditionsand restrictions. COSMOS SPORT SA returns policy is to accept back any product within 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery (as is evident from the letter of the General Postal waybill or any carrier used).
The item is returned to us within 30 days delivery date at buyer's own expense. For all returns buyer is responsible for shipping charges to ship the item back to us. You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility. COSMOS SPORT SA takes on the responsibility for shipping incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product.

Returns will be accepted if:
- The product is in a condition that can be resold (with tags of the manufacturer, without damage, soiling, etc.)
- The product is not "personalized" (not a printed name and / or number, not fitted badge, etc.)
- The product was on offer at the time of purchase.
- The product is not underwear.
If the product complies with the criteria above, please feel free to send back to us for replacement or refund. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept returns.
