·         How many languages is it possible to browse in?

Cosmos Sport browsing languages are: English, German, Greek.

·         Are the online store prices the same as those in my usual Cosmos Sport store?

Yes, but if there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and those marked on the label on the clothes, the correct price will be the one shown on the purchase ticket.

·         What is your price adjustment policy?

Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.

·         Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

·         Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Cosmos Sport latest new products and offers?

Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on Cosmos's latest products and events.

·         Can I cancel my Cosmos Sport Newsletter subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send.

·         How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

·         How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

·         Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

·         Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. To do this, go to the "my orders" section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you and click cancel.

·         What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Cosmos Sport only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

·         What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

Shopping at Cosmos Sport is very easy.
Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the section (woman, man, kids) and then the product type (jacket, coat, dress, etc).
  2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.
  3. Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
  4. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.
  5. The product will have it delivered through DHL Express.

  • Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

 

 The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

 You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

 You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

  • Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?

Yes. Simply click on the business option in personal details and fill in the tax information we require.

 

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

 

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box)

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery will take between 1 and 4 working days after dispatch.
Items are usually delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm.

A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.  

* Shipping times may change due to unforeseen factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, specific treatment, strikes, transportation companies, delays, holidays, festivals etc.

 

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Worldwide shipping cost is 14.99€ (Flat Rate)
(Additional shipping costs may arise in some cases and with no prior notice and approval of the customer).
 

Who will deliver the parcel?
Deliveries will be shipped via DHL Express.

Can I track my order?

Yes, in the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

 

What is the home delivery process?

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will inform you about your delivery.

 

  • How do I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is by taking it to one of our stores, as long as the store is in the same country in which the purchase was made and has the section to which the product belongs – woman, man, kids. Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt. For store locations near you, please visit our store locator. Underwear items cannot be returned.

If you are not able to visit a local Cosmos store, you can send the product back with your responsibility and charge.

  •  Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Yes, you will have to pay anything to return your item. You can choose the delivery company.


  • How long do I have to make an exchange?

All exchanges must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.

 

  • How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

  • When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

 

  • What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact our customer service, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

Cosmos Sport reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Is online shopping to Cosmos Sport safe;

Yes. You can make your purchases safely whereas we made great effort to have means by which we guarantee the safety of the markets and of your data.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data transferred in an encrypted format SSL. For payment by Visa and Mastercard are accepted only Ces transactions (Secure Electronic Commerce). After first check that the card belongs to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it, so the buyer to authorize the payment. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be processed on the card. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Necessary requirement is to demonstrate the card at the checkout and to log in to our online store with the card.

How and when do I redeem my points?

Once you have collected the necessary points you redeem them in your next purchase in one of our stores including our online store.

Can I redeem my points at the time that will be completed?

Not in the same purchase, but you can in the next one.

If the redeem in my gift certificate is bigger than the value of the product, what will happen to the remaining money?

The amount of your purchase must be equal or greater than the value of the gift certificate.

Can I not redeem my gift certificate?

Yes, you can collect as many gift certificates you want 
and purchase products of equal or greater value with this voucher.

Can my transport costs be covered by my gift certificate?

No it is not possible the gift certificate to cover the transport cost. 
Coupons can be used only to purchase products!

Can I earn points by redeeming my gift certificate?

The gift certificate is an offering product and is not possible to collect points from it. 
Also you cannot collect points from the transport costs!

Can i get a discount on my purchases with the card?

This is not a discounted card.

in plastic form except e-mail and sms with the membership card.

When will the points on my card be charged?

All points are charged to the card the moment that the receipt is cutting 
and not with the completion of your order.
