The BH SB1.4 spinning bike is designed to boost your breathing capacity, improve your cardiovascular system and fitness, but also help you lose weight. It is a heavy-duty construction with a very sturdy frame for optimal strength and excellent stability.

It has a heavy disc made of pure steel weighing 18 kg and in combination with the high quality bearings and the drive belt ensures silent, smooth and stable movement. The easy-to-use way of adjusting the resistance with a swivel allows you to adjust the resistance during training or to stop at any time very easily (emergency stop) if necessary.

The built-in computer has an LCD screen that displays all the important information of the training (time, distance, speed, calories, total distance ODO, scan) so you can easily monitor your progress and make your exercise more effective.

With a few simple movements, the anatomical saddle is easily adjusted horizontally and in height to find the right position for you to have a more comfortable workout. The handlebar grip (triathlon type) is adjusted horizontally and in height so that you have the correct posture during the exercise with the appropriate adjustments. In addition, the built-in support pads for the arms on the steering wheel ensure even greater comfort.
