With the Tunturi home gym you can create your own gym at home, it provides everything you need for a complete workout! The high pulley is suitable for exercises such as lateral pull-ups, abdominal exercises and triceps exercises. The low pulley for exercises such as deep sits and standing rowing or biceps. You can also train your arms and chest with the butterfly-shaped chest press or by combining the biceps pad with the low pulley. When you turn the curl pad into a backrest, you create a leg press for leg-strengthening exercises.
