What is Cosmos 24/7 Locker?   

Cosmos 24/7 Locker is are secure, self-service kiosks where you can pick up Cosmossport.gr packages at a time that is convenient for you.

How do I use a 24/7 Locker? 

To use Cosmos 24/7 Locker as your shipping destination, add it as an option to your order. Then, during checkout, select the 24/7 Locker as your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered, we will email you a unique XX digit code. Simply visit your selected Locker and enter the code on the Locker's touchscreen, then remove your package after the Locker's door opens. 

How long do I have to pick up my package? 

You have 3 calendar days to pick up your package. If you're not able to collect your package within this time-frame, it will be delivered inside our store in Emrou street.

How much does using a Cosmos 24/7 Locker cost? 

There is no additional cost to use a Cosmos 24/7 Locker. 

Where is Cosmos 24/7 Locker located?

Cosmos 24/7 Locker islocated in Ermou 81 Street, Athens City center.

What kind of items can be delivered to Cosmos 24/7 Locker? 

Most items on Cosmossport.gr can be delivered to Lockers, but there are a few restrictions, like the item's size and weight. 

Can I return an item to 24/7 Locker? 

No, this feature is not available yet.

I had a problem with my Locker order. What should I do?
