How can I place my order online?

Choose a category (Men, Women, Kids, Accessories, Sports, Brands, Collections) and by using the search filters on the left, find the product you want. If you know the product code, simply type it in, in the search section.

  1. By clicking on the product, you are interested in, you will be able to find all the information you need in order to decide if it is right for you (photos, detailed description, size guide, code and price). If you have any questions about the product, contact our customer service department.
  2.  Select the color and the size you want and click the button ADD TO CART. If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. Otherwise, go safely to the order entry either as a guest or as a member.
  3. Select one of the pickup methods in Step 1 and fill in your details.
  4. Select in Step 2 one of the available payment methods: Cash On Delivery, payment through Cardlink, Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit.
  5. Click the COMPLETE button now! to register your order. You will soon receive a confirmation email with the details and your order number. Sit comfortably and soon your favorite products will be in your hands while keeping you up to date on your order!


Can I place my order by phone call?

Of course, fast & easy following these simple steps:

  1. Call our Customer Service at 2811-808 808 (for better & faster service, it would be ideal to know the product code you wish to order), Monday-Friday 09:00 - 20:00 and Saturday 09:00 - 19:00, except bank holidays.
  2. Respond to our representative's questions about your details. You will be asked about your full name, full postal delivery address, a contact telephone number, preferably a mobile phone, and the payment method you want to choose between a cash deposit, payment through Cardlnik, a bank deposit (by informing us of the bank that best suits you from our partners Piraeus, Eurobank and Alpha Bank) or Cosmos Sport physical store or at your nearest 250+ Geniki Taxidromiki Post Office.
  3. You will be informed about the progress of your order with text message.

 


Could order via Facebook / Instagram / email / contact form?

The process is very simple and fast, just follow these steps:

1. Send us your message / email or fill out the contact form indicating that you wish to order and give us the following information:

- product code, color, and size

- name and surname

- postal address

- telephone, preferably mobile

- Payment method by choosing between a cash deposit, payment through Cardlink, bank deposit (by communicating to us the bank you prefer between our partners Piraeus, Ethniki, Eurobank and Alpha Bank) or paying to a Cosmos Sport physical store or your nearest ‘‘Geniki Taxydromiki” postal services in one of the 250+ stores.

2. We will call or reply to your message / email in order to confirm your order.

You will be informed about the progress of your order with a text message.


Can I remove / cancel a product from my order?
Yes! From the shopping cart you can remove the products you do not want before you complete the order. If you have already completed it, then contact our customer service department.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order by sending an email / message via Facebook / Instagram / contact form with the order code and the cancellation order or contacting our customer service department.


How can I make sure that I've done my purchase correctly?
After you have completed your order, you will automatically be send a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, and after you have made sure it is not in the junk/spam folder of your e-mail, please contact our customer service department.

How can I get my order?

The options for delivering your order are as follows:

• Receive from your nearest Cosmos Sport shop.

• Delivery to your place (at home, office, etc.).

• Receipt from 250+ General Post Office stores. Sure there is one beside you!

How long does it take to get my order?

We understand the anguish of waiting for your new pair of shoes, clothes or accessories and we always do our best to send orders as soon as possible in absolute priority order. For shipping in your area, depending on where you deliver it, or picking up from your nearest 250+ General Post Office stores, it takes 1 to 5 business days, and you need from ... A few minutes (if you want to get it from Cosmos Sport) the product is already in our store of choice) up to 5 business days. Average order shipments are less than 2 working days.

Shipping / delivery times may change due to unusual factors (availability of the product in a warehouse other than central, strikes, congestion, holidays, weather, etc.) or during particularly demanding periods (official discount periods, offer days). Thank you in advance for your understanding if your order is delayed a little. Be sure that we do our best to overcome any difficulty.

 

Which is the cost of transport?

• For delivery from our Cosmos Sport stores, the shipment is FREE.

• Shipping to your place (home, office, etc) is FREE for shipping and delivery charges for orders over 69 € (and for 2.99 € for orders of lower value).

• Receipt from one of the 250+ Geniki Taxidromiki Office stores with FREE shipping and delivery charges for orders over 69 € (and with a charge of 2.99 € for orders of lower value).

• For shipping abroad the cost of transport is 14,99 € for orders up to 2,5kgr / volume 5lt (box size 25X20X10cm or 30X25X15cm).

In the case of shipment abroad, the package of the order exceeds the weight of 2.5kgr / volume 5lt (or a box larger than 30cmX25cmX15cm) you will be informed about the extra cost of the transport by email and the extra payment will be made via PayPal. If you disagree with the total amount of shipping, the order will be canceled and the money will be returned to your card / PayPal account.

For countries outside the European Union there may be additional costs (taxes, duties, etc.) according to the country's legal status. Please contact the local authority of the country of delivery to inform you of the additional costs that may arise when delivering the order.

Who will deliver the order?

Geniki Taxidromiki is responsible for shipments to Greece, while for international orders we work with DHL Express.

Can I track my order?

Once your order for your space / receipt from one of the 250+ Geniki Taxidromiki Post stores is ready for shipping, you will receive an email and / or a text message with a unique Voucher Code (the order number of your order). Enter here to track the order of your order or select a search on the General Postal Service site here.

How will I receive my order at my place?

If you have chosen this delivery method, a representative of the General Post Office will deliver the parcel to the address you have indicated.

How do I get the package from your store?

If you have picked up from Cosmos Sport, you will be informed by email and / or sms about the arrival of your order at the store of your choice (so you will have 5 business days to receive it).

After completing your online order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If have not received it and you are sure it is not in your inbox / spam box (or for gmail owners, possibly the promotions tab), contact our customer service department.


Which payment methods does Cosmossport.gr have?

We offer you the option to choose the payment method you prefer:

Pay on delivery: The payment is made upon delivery of the order to the Distributor of Geniki taxidromiki  Post office at one of the 250+ stores.

Note: Payment to the distributor can only be made in cash. In order to choose between cash and credit / debit card Visa / Mastercard, pick pickup your nearest 250+ Geniki taxidromiki Post offices.

PayPal: Immediately after you confirm your order, you will be automatically signed in with your PayPal account to complete the process.

Credit / Debit Card: You will be required to fill out your credit / debit card / Visa / Mastercard details safely and return to our site to complete your order entry.

Payment at a Cosmos Sport store: You pay at the store by selecting your nearest store and choosing (or combining) cash, credit / debit card Visa / Mastercard / American Express, Cosmos Sport voucher, available credit balance, as well as CADHOC Vouchers.

Special Link Payment (Payment Links by Cardlink): Plus for phone / e-mail / chat orders, you can safely complete them with just one click through Cardlink! We give you a special link that automatically takes you to the Cardlink payment environment, fills in your details and completes the transaction.

 

For phone / email / Facebook / Instagram orders contact form the only payment methods are cash on delivery, payment through Cardlink, bank deposit or payment at Cosmos Sport or at your nearest 250+ Geniki Taxidromiki Office stores.

 

Can I pay by credit card, interest-free installments?
For physical purchases of over 51€, there is the option of 2 interest-free installments, for purchases of over 71€, there is the possibility of up to 3 interest-free installments, for purchases of over 121€ there is the possibility of up to 4 interest-free installments, of 151€ there is the possibility of up to 5 interest-free installments and finally for purchases worth over 200 € there is the possibility of up to 6 interest-free installments.
When paying online via credit card (or over the phone via credit card thanks to our Cardlink service) you may select 2-6 interest-free installments as long as the total products' value of your order is worth at least 69€.




Can I request an invoice instead of a proof of retail?
Yes, by selecting an invoice version in Step 1 at Checkout.


Why was my credit / debit card not accepted?
If your bank declined the transaction, one of the following may occur:

  1. The card may have expired. Check the expiration date of your card.
  2. You have exceeded your credit / daily card transaction limit.
  3. You have entered an incorrect item.
  4. You have not filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
  5. Poor internet connection during check by the bank.
  6. Unsuccessful 3D secure verification process. You can read more about this process for Visa cards here and for Mastercard here.

Contact your bank and / or try another card / choose another form of payment.


Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on your website?
Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted SSL format. For Visa and Mastercard payment, only Ces (Secure e-Commerce) transactions are accepted. The system will contact the bank that issued the card so that the buyer approves the payment. Once the identification process is complete, the charge will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.


Is online shopping at Cosmossport.gr safe?

Can I pay for delivery abroad with cash on delivery?

For orders with country of delivery abroad the eligible payment methods are the use of credit/debit card Visa/Mastercard and PayPal.
