How can I place my order online?

You can find what you are looking for easily and in many ways! Discover products through our categories, write the product you are looking for in the "Search" box or click the photo icon to find the product from an image you have found on the internet.

  1. Choose the correct size for each product, click on it and then click the "Add to Cart" button. After all the products you have chosen have been added to your cart, click on its icon in the upper right part of the page to proceed with the entry. The steps you will need to follow as soon as you click on the Cart are as follows:
  2. Step 1. Choose a delivery method
  3. Step 2. Fill in your details as well as the address or pick-up point you want
  4. Step 3. Choose a payment method and fill in the field "Do you have a return or discount coupon?" if you have any of these in your possession.
  5. Step 4. Click on the "COMPLETE WITH SAFETY" button to register your order and check the email you entered to find your order confirmation email.
How do I place a phone order?

You can find what you are looking for easily and in many ways! Discover products through our categories, write the product you are looking for in the "Search" box or click the photo icon to find the product from an image you have found on the internet. Then note the "SKU" or "Reference" code that you will find at the end of the detailed description of each product. Call us at 2811 808808 (Mon-Fri 09:00-21:00 & Sat 09:00-20:00) and select the number "1" to place a new order.

We will guide you by phone and complete the registration of your order together!

How can I order via social media?

Discover products through our categories, write the product you are looking for in the "Search" box or click the photo icon to find the product from an image you have found on the internet. Find our pages on Facebook or Instagram and send us a private message with the link of the product you have chosen. We will guide you and complete the registration of your order together!

How can I modify my order?

Once the order has been placed & you have received a confirmation email, no changes can be made. We always suggest checking all the products and the details of the order, before registering it.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order* by calling us at 2811 808808, filling out the contact form on the site, via live chat or our social media. Once the order has been priced and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

*Orders with marketplace products are excluded.

How can I pay for my order?

On our site you will find many payment methods to choose the one that suits you.

      • Cash on delivery:you pay for your order, upon receipt, with cash to the courier. Depending on the courier/receipt method, it is also possible to pay via POS.
      • Credit/Debit card:you can use Master Card, Visa and Visa Electron cards as well as prepaid cards.
      • Google/Apple Pay:use the service easily, with just a few clicks.
      • Instalments via credit card: for online purchases with prepayment via credit card there is the possibility of 2 to 6 interest-free installments for all orders with a total value of products of €50 or more.
      • Klarna:you can choose Klarna for purchases from €35 to €1500 in 3 interest-free payments, so you can spread the cost of the purchase over time. The first payment is made when the order is processed and the remaining 2 payments are automatically received every 30 days from the bank account, credit or debit card of your choice.
      • Cardlink:pay securely online via card for your phone order. We give you a special link, which automatically takes you to the Cardlink payment environment, you fill in your details and the transaction is completed. For telephone purchases with prepayment via credit card thanks to the Cardlink service, there is the possibility of 2 to 6 interest-free installments for all orders with a total product value of €50 or more.

You can pay for your purchases or orders in our physical stores in the following ways.

        • Cash:you pay with cash at the store cashier.
        • Credit/Debit card:you can use Master Card, Visa and Visa Electron cards as well as prepaid cards, at the checkout POS.
        • Instalments via credit card:for physical purchases with prepayment via credit card, there is the possibility of 2 to 6 interest-free installments for all orders with a total product value of €50 or more.
Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on your website?

Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted SSL format. For Visa and Mastercard payment, only Ces (Secure e-Commerce) transactions are accepted. The system will contact the bank that issued the card so that the buyer approves the payment. Once the identification process is complete, the charge will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.

Is online shopping at Cosmossport.gr safe?

Once the order is placed, the item cannot be cancelled. adidas usually ships within 2 days. Note; this item is excluded from promotions/coupons/gift cards.
All adidas returns are free of charge. Returns can be made within 60 days. adidas orders are accompanied by a return form with detailed instructions.
