How can I return a product?

Changed your mind? We understand! You can return any product* that does not suit you, completely free of charge, within 30 days from the date of the receipt by choosing the alternative that serves you best.

        • Receipt of the returned parcel from your place by Geniki Taxidromiki.
        • Parcel return to a BOXNOW locker anywhere you choose and for 24 hours.
        • Return to a courier store at one of the 250+ Geniki Taxidromiki offices.
        • Exchange in one of our stores every day during our busines hours.

How can I return a parcel from my place?

Geniki Taxidromiki can pick up the parcel free of charge from the address that serves you, within a few days!

Fill out your return request online, selecting "Return from your area" and follow the steps to choose the one that suits you. A courier partner will contact you to pick up the parcel from the address you stated, usually within 48 hours.

How do I return a package to BOXNOW Locker?

You can deliver your package to a BOXNOW locker, near you, at any time, 24 hours a day.

Fill out your return request online, selecting "Return to BOXNOW Locker" and follow the steps to choose the one that suits you. Print the voucher you will receive upon completing your application and place it on the return package. Visit the locker you chose, fill in the code you will find on the voucher and in our message, and carefully place your package in the box that will open.

How can I return a package to a courier store?

You can return your package to a Geniki Taxidromiki office near you! Find all stores here: Find Nearest Store | Geniki Taxidromiki (taxydromiki.com)

Fill out the printed return form that you will find inside your parcel, with whatever serves you. Package the return package together with the completed return form and deliver it to your nearest Geniki Taxidromiki office, completely free of charge. Keep the voucher you will receive from the courier safe until we receive your return.

How can I make a change in a store?

Are you near a Cosmos Sport store? You can find the nearest Cosmos Sport here and visit us to make your change through our huge collection!

Come to Cosmos Sport in your area with the returned product and your receipt (you will find it on the outside of the parcel) and make your change, with whatever serves you from the store's collection. Alternatively, get a credit voucher to redeem it on a new purchase, whenever you wish!

What should I pay attention to on my return?

The timely return of the parcel is the customer's concern, so in case of any delay you should ensure that your parcel reaches us within the time frame.

Keep the courier receipt/voucher safe until you are informed that your return has reached us.

All returned products must reach us in perfect, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. You can test our products in a safe, clean environment so they don't wear out during the test.

How do I return a marketplace product?

All adidas marketplace returns are completely free and can be made within 30 days. The package is accompanied by a return form with detailed instructions and the voucher that you will need to attach to the returned package. You can only return an adidas markeplace product for a refund.

What are the exceptions to returns?

Below you will find in detail all the refund exceptions.

• Which products are not returned? Underwear, cleaners (except wipes), antiseptics & cloth masks.

• Which products are returned with sealed packaging? Isotonics, Energy bars-gels, Recovery mix, Recovery & Rehabilitation devices, Tennis accessories, Gym accessories, Swimming & beach accessories, Miniatures, Overboards, Smartwatches, Headphones, Scales, Electric scooters/skates, Electric bikes, Ellipticals, Exercise benches, Mattresses .

• Which purchases have a limit on returns? Purchases of gift cards (e-giftcards) cannot be canceled and cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Gift purchases can only be returned for an exchange or credit voucher.

Cosmosport.gr reserves the right to reject returns sent or notified after the return deadline or returns of items that are not in the same condition as when they were shipped from our facilities or returns of products that fall under any of the above exceptions.

What options do I have for my return?

Return Voucher

In case you want to buy a different product immediately or have a credit for your future purchase, fill in the "RETURN VOUCHER" box with an X on the returns form or the online form. To redeem your return coupon, which you receive in the form of an electronic code, you just need to pay attention to the following:.

• The value of the new order/purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.

• The email to be used in the new order must be the same as the email of the returned order.

• If you want to return a physical purchase in order to receive a credit coupon, you must inform the cashier and provide your email, so that the redemption can also be done in an online order.

• The credit voucher has no time limit on its redemption & can be redeemed only once.

On the order where you will redeem your credit coupon, there is no shipping charge.

Size Exchange

In case the product you received is not the size that suits you, you can change the size for free. Fill in the "OTHER SIZE" box with an X on the return form or the online form and write the new size you want in the "WRITE THE NEW SIZE" box.

We will place a new change order, free of shipping charges, according to your instructions, for which you will be informed by sms/email.

Refund

In the event that you wish to have your money refunded, you will fill in the "REFUND" box with an X on the returns form or on the online form.

The refund is always made according to the payment method of the order. In case the payment has been made by cash on delivery, you will need to fill in, in the corresponding field, your bank details in order to deposit the amount.

The process is usually completed within 2 working days from the moment we receive the return and you receive an informative sms. The appearance of the amount on the credit/debit card always depends on the issuing bank and usually takes 2-4 working days from receiving the SMS.

How do I return a defective product?

Did you receive your order and a product has a quality issue (eg wear)? Fill in the "DEFECTIVE PRODUCT" box with an X on the return form or online form and in the comments section at the bottom of the return form, give us a brief description of the item's issue. Also, mark with an X any additional option that serves you (eg refund or replacement of the item). We will inform you by sms and/or email depending on what you have chosen.

How do I return a product for quality check?

In the event that a product shows wear that is not consistent with its normal use, it can be returned, so that we can proceed with quality control. The competent quality control department which is also the only department which, always following the guidelines of the respective manufacturing company, carries out the relevant control and you are then informed of its outcome.

If the purchase has been completed through our site and you have received the product at your place, the return can be made completely free of charge, through the General Post Office, by filling in the option "DEFECTIVE PRODUCT" on the returns form and a clear & short description of the issue of the piece.

In the event that your purchase (or order) was completed in one of our physical stores, you should visit this store with the product and the legal proof of purchase in order to hand it in for the free quality control.

DOA

In the event that a product was received with any manufacturing issue/defect (Dead On Arrival) then we can proceed with its immediate return or replacement. Damage under warranty

In the event that a product shows a defect after using it, then you can contact customer service to be informed of the procedure you will need to follow. In case the damage to the product is within warranty, the product is repaired or replaced by the company it belongs to.

Damage outside warranty

In the event that a product shows a defect after using it, then you can contact customer service to be informed of the procedure you will need to follow. In case the damage to the product is not covered by warranty and you wish to have it repaired, the repair amount is covered by you.
