The package contains various different training equipment for a workout suited to your own body weight. The Tunturi Pro Suspension Trainer Set gear can be attached to a door, tree or bar, for example. The long, main strings with D-rings form the basis and you can complete it with rings, handles or foot loops. You can easily lengthen or shorter the Pro Suspension Trainer Set by attaching the accessories to another D-ring. The supplied pulley makes it possible to do moving suspension exercises.
