Tunturi RC20 Band Pegs Set

Do you like to train with resistance bands? This Tunturi RC20 Band Pegs set is specifically designed for the Tunturi RC20 Crossfit Base Rack. Insert the pins into the holes of the rack and then attach a resistance band. By placing the band pegs closer together or further apart, you can easily adjust the resistance of the band. Resistance bands can be used to make exercises more intense or less intense. For example, you can do pull-ups and attach the band at the bottom of the rack for a heavier workout, or you can attach it at the top to make it easier for yourself.
