What is Premium Delivery?   

Premium Delivery is the fastest delivery service, receiving your order between 24 and 48 hours & in collaboration with the company SVUUM.

Which Areas Does the Premium Delivery Serve?  

The Premium Delivery Service serves all of Attica and Heraklion Crete with some exceptions. On registration of the delivery address if your Postal Code belongs in the area of the service offered, the Premium delivery option will appear. Select and continue the process of registering your order.

How much does the Premium Delivery Service cost?  

The cost is 1€ in relation to the standard shipment. Therefore 1€ for orders worth more than 59 € or for orders of lower value 3,99€.

When will I receive my Premium Deliver order?  

Orders placed until 13:00, will be delivered within the next 2 working days (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 - 22:00). If the order is placed after 13:00 your parcel will be delivered within the next 3 working days. As soon as our partners at SVUUM receive your parcel they will inform you via a message.

Can I choose When to receive it?

If for any reason you cannot collect your order at the scheduled time, you can automatically change the day, via the link sent to you as message, by clicking on the top right of the "reschedule" button.
