Good News… At Cosmossport.gr we have many delivery options because we know how excited you may be to receive your favorite piece of clothing, shoe or accessory!

• Could I pick up my order for free?

Yes of course! Just choose one of our stores and come to get your item for free!

When can I receive my order?

If the item you have ordered is already in the store you have chosen to collect it, it only takes a few minutes otherwise 8-10 days from the day of your order. You can collect it from Monday to Saturday the hours that our stores are open.

How will I be informed when it’s time to collect my order?

Once your order is ready you will receive a text message or an email too, so you can pick it up. We will keep your order in our store for 4 days.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Greece → All orders over 59€ are free of charge! Orders with a value of less than 59€ are priced at 2.99€.

We understand you can’t wait, so it takes about 8 - 10 days from the time your order placed. You also have the option to choose a delivery time zone.

Otherwise we’ll inform you via sms or email about your order . We partner with Geniki Taxidromiki postal Services. Τhe average time of your order is less than 2 days (except bank holidays). 

Can I track my order?

You can easily track you order from your computer or cell phone with the tracking code that you have received in a message or the email that was sent to you! You still can’t wait? Track your order now!

Premium Delivery with Svuum in Attica Region
Meet our new premium delivery service through Svuum where you usually receive your package 

usually within 2 days! If you are in Attica, enter your Zip Code in the relevant field and select "Premium Delivery". Svuum will deliver your order at your place within your desired timeframe! At the same time, you can track live the course of your package to you, contact the courier driver who has undertaken your delivery and pay by card during the delivery of your order!

*For same-day delivery or usually within 48-hours, place your order until 13:00.

What is the cost of delivery?
The shipping cost is only 1€ in addition to the standard shipping.

When will I receive my item?

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and sent on its way within 3 business days. Delivery will normally take 1-3 days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date, via sms or email. The average shipping time is less than 2 working days.
